An Official Receiver Office Will Report to Creditors in an Insolvency Case
In order for an insolvency case to go forward an official receiver office will have to consult the creditors of an insolvent client. The official receiver will work with each individual creditor that is looking to get the money that one is owed from a client.
Each creditor will receive information that relates to the assets that an insolvent party has. Any liabilities, which are things that the insolvent party will owe to creditors in a case, will also be covered. This is used as a means of working to see who will be getting what out of a case.
