Aequitas™ IDA II Image File

Image File is ideal for anyone who has started to store images onto a PC either via a digital camera, scanner or Photo CD. The powerful database and easy-to-use 'Query by Example' search facility enables you to find, view and print images. There is also the option of e-mailing complete record sets to friends or colleagues and saving images with reference information to HTML files for either publishing to a Web site or to CD.

Image File includes a range of database templates suitable for a variety of applications. Screen views of the database include a Details page, Contact Sheet with small thumbnail images, a Table view and an image viewer. All views can be printed as required and database designs can be personalised to suit individual needs. You also have the ability to link with your favourite image editing software for image enhancement and manipulation. The whole IDA II range of Windows-based products are easy to use with the ability to store still images, video with sound, and audio, all with textual and numeric information in normal database fields.

Some functionality requires specific hardware, for example motion video and sound cards or image capture cards for converting video output to still digital images.
